I was happy with the service at Vertu Nissan Widnes because of their knowledge especially Ben's and the variety of vehicles available to look at. I went there with a model in mind and had booked a test drive in a Nissan Juke. I hadn't driven an automatic for a long time. Ben drove us out of the garage and onto a carpark where I could have a drive and get used to it. This really put me at ease and I then drove on the roads and back to the garage. We went on the test drive and the Juke was nice but there was just something that wasn't right. Ben offered a drive in a Qashqai, which seemed a lot bigger and I was a bit unsure. This time he said I could drive straight out of the garage. Off I went and immediately I felt more comfortable. This was the car for me. Ben explained everything when we got back to the showroom. All for signings were done electronically. We received a detailed email to explain payment instructions. We decided to purchase the 3 year extra warranty and also the body protection (for any knocks or scraps). Arranged for collection in a couple of days. Everything was easy, professional and comfortable. I would not hesitate to purchase a future vehicle from Vertu Widnes. Thank you Ben for all your help.
