I would just like to place on record my sincere thanks to Max (Jones) who recently sold me a Qashqai. From start to finish, Max was superb, patient and looked after me so well. Max even remembered something I had asked on handover and followed up via email a few days later.
I cannot praise Max enough and he’s an exemplar of Champions League sales and customer care.
Be lovely if someone from Vertu HQ could give Max a call to feed this back and tell him never to change his style. He’s a credit to Vertu and Nissan Widnes.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Nissan Widnes to friends and family because the service I received from the used car dealership was second to none. Ben was professional, courteous and friendly. He ensured that I understood everything in relation to the documentation, my options and worked with my specific requirements and budget. The process was somewhat longer using text messages etc but I did not feel pressured, and was constantly asked if I wanted a drink or anything. Dean the senior manager was at hand if needed and introduced himself when the deal was being confirmed. Since picking up my car Ben has contacted me to check in and provided information on certain aspects of the technology i was unsure of.
